If you are interested in Calligraphy, (The Art of Beautiful Writing) but perhaps are intimidated, there are a few opportunities to be inspired and begin to learn a wonderful art-form. First, check out Exploration 2011, the annual juried exhibition of the Chicago Calligraphy Collective (CCC), On display at the Newberry Library in Chicago through June 25. Today's calligraphy includes a wonderful variety of styles and techniques.
